1. SERVICES PROVIDED
BDINSIGHTRESOURCES offers professional ghostwriting, content strategy, and entrepreneurial insight services, including but not limited to:

d) Executive branding and messaging

f) Business writing (proposals, reports, and professional documents)
g) Autobiography and memoir writing
h) Website content writing (pages, landing copy, brand messaging)
i) Award nomination writing
j) Entrepreneurial and career growth insights via our blog
2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
a) All content produced by BDINSIGHTRESOURCES during the course of a project remains the property of BDINSIGHTRESOURCES until full payment has been received.
b) Upon completion and full payment, all intellectual property rights in the delivered work are transferred to the client.
c) BDINSIGHTRESOURCES website content, blogs, and materials remain the exclusive property of BDINSIGHTRESOURCES and may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without written permission.
3. PAYMENT TERMS
a) All payments must be made before project commencement, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
b) For international clients, payment are accepted exclusively through BDINSIGHTRESOURCES’s verified Payoneer Business Account.
c) For clients within Nigeria, payments are accepted via bank transfer to BDINSIGHTRESOURCES’s designated business account.
d) Clients are responsible for any transfer fees, currency conversion costs, or delays caused by their financial institution.
e) Work will not begin until payment has been received and confirmed.
4. REFUND POLICY
a) All deposits are non-refundable.
b) If a project is cancelled before work begins, BDINSIGHTRESOURCES may, at it’s discretion, issue a partial refund (minus administrative and transaction fees).
c) Once work has started or been delivered, refunds are not available.
d) By engaging with BDINSIGHTRESOURCES, you acknowledge and accept this refund policy.
5. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
a) Client must provide accurate information, timelines, and clear instructions.
b) Delays caused by incomplete or late input from clients may affect delivery schedules.
c) Clients are responsible for reviewing drafts promptly and providing feedback.
6. CONFIDENTIALITY
a) BDINSIGHTRESOURCES respects client confidentiality at all times.
b) Non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) can be provided upon request.
c) We will not disclose project details or client identities without written consent.
7. CODE OF CONDUCT
a) Users are prohibited from engaging in illegal activity, fraud, impersonation, or conduct that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law.
b) Users must remain civil and respectful when engaging with our website or team.
c) Impersonating BDINSIGHTRESOURCES, its employees, or any other individual is strictly prohibited.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
