2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
a) All content, materials, and deliverables created by BDINSIGHTRESOURCES during the course of a project remain the exclusive property of BDINSIGHTRESOURCES until full payment has been received and confirmed.
b) Upon completion and full payment, all intellectual property rights in the delivered work are transferred to the client. The client then receives complete ownership and usage rights for the final, approved deliverables.
c) BDINSIGHTRESOURCES may reference the industry, project type, or general nature of completed work (e.g. “CEO, Healthcare Sector”) for testimonial or portfolio purposes. No client names, manuscripts titles, or proprietary projects will ever be disclosed without written consent or a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
d) All BDINSIGHTRESOURCES website content, blogs, and materials remain the exclusive property of BDINSIGHTRESOURCES and may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without written permission.
3. PAYMENT TERMS
a) To secure your project, an initial 50% deposit is required prior to project commencement, with the remaining 50% due upon completion and before final delivery of all materials.
b) For larger or ongoing engagements, custom milestone-based payment structures may be arranged in writing, subject to mutual agreement.
c) Project work will commence only after the initial payment has been received and confirmed.
d) For international clients, payment are accepted exclusively through BDINSIGHTRESOURCES’s verified Payoneer Business Account.
e) For clients within Nigeria, payments are accepted via bank transfer to BDINSIGHTRESOURCES’s designated business account.
f) Clients are responsible for any transfer fees, currency conversion costs, or delays caused by their financial institution.

4. MEDIA PUBLICATION AND COLLABORATION POLICY
a) Trusted Media Partnerships: BDINSIGHTRESOURCES collaborates with verified, reputable U.S based media publication company to simplify the process for clients who wish to be featured on global platforms such as Forbes, USA News, CEO Weekly, Digital Journal, The Chicago Journal, and others. This partnership exists solely to make publication more accessible and seamless for clients.
b) Service Transparency & Non-Commission Policy: BDINSIGHTRESOURCES does not receive any commission, affiliate compensation, or financial incentive from our media partners. We facilitate publication exclusively for client convenience, ensuring a transparent process from article creation to submission. All client payments for publication are securely transferred to our trusted partner.
c) Payment Terms for Media Publication:
- Full payment is required upfront, as per our partner’s policy.
- This secures your publication slot and allows the editorial process to begin.
- Payments are processed securely through verified business accounts.
d) Refunds & Publication Guarantee:
- If publication cannot proceed, the trusted media partner will issue a full refund according to their official refund policy.
- BDINSIGHTRESOURCES will coordinate to ensure your refund is processed fairly and promptly.
e) Editorial Control and Platform Policy:
- Final publishing decisions, edits, and scheduling remain under the platform’s editorial discretion.

5. REFUND POLICY
a) All deposits and milestones payments made to BDINSIGHTRESOURCES are non-refundable, as the secure project scheduling, strategy development, and administrative preparation.
b) If a project is cancelled before work begins, BDINSIGHTRESOURCES may, at it’s sole discretion, issue a partial refund, less administrative, consultation, and transaction fees.
c) Once a project has commenced, research has been initiated, or any portion of work has been delivered, no refunds are available. This ensures respect for the time, intellectual effort, and strategic expertise invested.
d) By engaging with BDINSIGHTRESOURCES, the client acknowledges and accepts this refund policy, affirming their commitment to a transparent and professional collaboration.

b) Delays in feedback, approvals, or provision of necessary information may result in adjustments to delivery timelines.
c) Clients are responsible for reviewing drafts promptly and providing clear, actionable feedback to ensure alignment with project objectives.
